New staff and volunteers are struggling with learning CCB (Church Community Builder) and putting it into practice. Training depends on the knowledge and time availability of the current staff. The time commitment from current staff that is needed to provide thorough training and support is burdensome and keeps the staff from being able to complete their weekly tasks during the given workdays. The overall goal is to provide training to new staff and volunteers and reduce the time burden on current staff. The other underlying goal is to provide consistent training in the most used parts of CCB. This document lays the groundwork for the module, provides details for scope and sequence and indicates additional deliverables. Customers of Outdoor Gear Warehouse are complaining about the amount of time it takes receive the packages they ordered. Supervisors started looking at the process and determined that packing rates in several areas needed to improve. This training is created specifically for the Oversize department. The goal of this training is to help current employees learn ways they can increase the speed of their processes and get the packages to shipping sooner.
